The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) at Academy of Technocrats is constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee is responsible for addressing complaints related to sexual harassment and ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment for all.

The ICC is committed to upholding gender equality and dignity by providing a confidential and supportive platform for individuals to report incidents of harassment or misconduct.

Objectives of the ICC:

• Prevent and address complaints of sexual harassment

• Ensure fair, unbiased, and timely redressal of complaints

• Promote awareness on gender sensitization and respectful behavior through workshops and campaigns

Composition:
The committee comprises faculty members, staff, and external experts, with a majority of women members and a woman presiding officer, as mandated by the law.

Reporting a Complaint:
Any student or staff member facing or witnessing harassment can file a complaint in person, via email, or through the online grievance portal.
