Admission Process & Guidelines (BPUT) – Academy of Technocrats, Berhampur

Admissions to BBA, BCA, and MCA programs at Academy of Technocrats, Berhampur are conducted as per the norms
of Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by
BPUT and apply through the SAMS/University admission portal or directly at the institute under approved guidelines.

Admission Steps:

1. Application Submission (Online/Offline)

2. Document Verification
3. Merit-based Selection / Entrance (if applicable)
4. Fee Payment & Seat Confirmation
5. Final Admission Approval by BPUT

Documents Required:

• 10th & 12th Mark Sheets
• Graduation Mark Sheets (for MCA)
• Transfer Certificate (TC), CLC
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Caste/Income Certificate (if claiming reservation)
• Passport-size photographs

Fee Refund Policy (As per BPUT Norms):

The fee refund policy is governed by BPUT and AICTE guidelines:
• Partial refund (usually with deduction of processing and tuition fee) if withdrawal is made after admission but
before the commencement of classes.
• No refund is applicable if the student withdraws after commencement of classes.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period upon submission of a written application along with
the original fee receipt and necessary documents.
